TAXMAN / ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility

A workspace more people can use.

Our approach

We aim to make TAXMAN usable with a keyboard, screen reader and on a phone. We use labelled form controls, visible focus states, headings, question-help dialogs and layouts that reflow on smaller screens. We are working towards WCAG 2.2 AA; a full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed and we do not claim complete conformance.

Known limitations

Long tax tables can require horizontal scrolling on small screens. Original PDF documents and third-party Google sign-in interfaces may have limitations outside our control. OCR results can be inaccurate and must be checked. Some specialist forms contain lengthy or technical labels. Tell us if a particular control, navigation step or document preview causes difficulty.

Email info@taxman.live with the page, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing it, your browser or assistive technology. Do not send passwords or unredacted tax documents. We will investigate and discuss a practical alternative where possible.
